AI agency automation that your team can sign off on
Versabot gives an agency one agent that works across every client: it researches, drafts, browses, runs approved code, and prepares reports on a schedule. Your team keeps the approvals, and clients see only what you publish.

Where the agent does the work, and where people decide
An example of how an agency might split work between scheduled agent runs and human approval.
| Work | What the agent does | Human control |
|---|---|---|
| Research | A scheduled agent checks competitor pages and saves findings to each client's research profile. | Read-only browser runs; no approval needed |
| Content | The agent drafts posts, emails, ads and landing-page copy in the content studio, with generated images where useful. | Drafts only; nothing is published |
| Outreach | Follow-up and prospecting emails are drafted from research and queued from your own mailbox. | Exact-content approval before sending |
| Reviews | When you confirm a completed job, the agent drafts a neutral review request for that customer. | Approval before sending; same public link for every rating |
| Reporting | A Friday schedule reads verified results and drafts each client's report with findings and next steps. | A person publishes it to the client portal |
Multi-client delivery
Organized around clients, not prompts
Each client has its own research profiles, content drafts, connections, runs, reports and performance evidence. Threads stay bound to one organization, and the agent works only within the clients the signed-in person is allowed to see. Access is enforced on the server, not by hiding navigation.
- Single-use invitations for staff and clients.
- Restricted staff scopes so contractors see only their clients.
- Existing Versabot assistants stay available as a tool in the workspace.
- An MCP endpoint lets other AI tools use the workspace with scoped tokens.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner / admin | Manage clients, staff, connections, billing and approvals. |
| Member | Work on the clients they are assigned to; restricted staff can't see other clients. |
| Auditor | Review evidence and attest to performance statements independently of the agency team. |
| Client admin / viewer | See published reports, linked run evidence and agreements for their own client only. |

FAQ
Agency automation questions
What does "agency automation" mean in Versabot?
It means one agent that can work across your client list: researching, drafting content, running sandboxed browser and code tasks, preparing outreach and review requests, and drafting reports on a schedule. Work that reaches a customer or client waits for a person to approve or publish it.
Can scheduled work run while nobody is watching?
Yes, within limits. Schedules are timezone-aware and can be paused, resumed or run immediately. Scheduled agents can run read-only browser checks and draft reports, but they cannot approve their own interactive or code work, send anything, or create further schedules. Missed slots are skipped rather than backfilled, and three consecutive failures pause a schedule.
Does it replace our CRM or our all-in-one marketing suite?
No. Versabot focuses on agent-run delivery with approvals and evidence. It is not a full CRM, funnel builder or phone system, and it doesn't post directly to ad or social platforms yet.
How do clients see the work?
Invite client admins or viewers with a single-use link. After they sign in, the client portal shows only the reports you have published for them and the run evidence linked to those reports.
Put the agent to work on one client first.
Connect what you already use, ask for the work in plain language, and approve what leaves the building.
